Shared Practices Group Announces Strategic Minority Investment from M-One Capital

Shared Practices Group (“SPG” or the “Company”), a dental support organization focused on dentures and implant practices, today announced a strategic partnership with M-One Capital (“M-One”), a private equity firm. Under the partnership, M-One will make a minority investment in SPG. Terms were not disclosed.

The investment gives SPG additional capital and operating resources to expand its network of affiliated practices, invest in technology and clinical support, and deepen the operational, marketing, and administrative services it provides to dentists. SPG’s clinical and brand independence, and its commitment to dentist-led patient care, remain unchanged.
